A partially printed form on thin, translucent paper with the imprint at left: \"Printed at the Office of the Missouri Advocate.\" MISSOURI is in a cartouche in the right end. Issued to John L. Sutton, signed by the president and clerk, and countersigned on the plain back by the payee. Noted with some \"Ink Erosion at Left\" from the countersignature.
