Properly, this is a spurious issue, and it is designed similarly to several others from New England. The listing is Haxby MA-930 C18, but is corrected in the Whitman Encyclopedia where this type is classified as spurious. Train and boat traffic are shown far below the screaming eagle perched on a high branch. A mechanic in classical garb is at the lower left. Plenty is at the lower right with crops. Counter dies are in the upper corners, and two \"C\" and one \"100\" protector are below. The noted \"Mounting Remnants and Damage on Back; Small Edge Tears\" do not affect the face severely.
