The three different denominations from this series were printed on four-subject sheets in a $1-$1-$2-$3 configuration. The $3 notes from this patriotic title have the popular and rarely used \"Polar Bear\" vignette. A full green frame, comprised of ONE micro-lettering, surrounds the perimeter. The color ends are wider than the top and bottom. A green micro-lettered guilloche is across the bottom center. At top center, a farmer waters his livestock; at the lower left is the Massachusetts Commonwealth seal; and at the lower right is Revolutionary War General David Wooster, slain at Ridgefield, Connecticut in 1777.
