PCGS Very Fine 25 Apparent.  This is a high-grade and choice example. The notes were printed on two-subject $1-$2 sheets. Engraved by the American Bank Note Company, New-York with full green face tint. The state seal is in a cartouche at bottom center beneath the arced title and denomination with ONE dies and fancy flourishes flanking. The top corners show \"1\" dies. Harvesting vignettes are at the ends, with two girls carrying wheat at left, and a man gathering corn at right. The red serial numbers, \"July,\" and final digit of the date contrast beautifully with the green and black. The security back is printed in green with the title in the center. Plate A. No. 36572. Noted with \"Minor Stains,\" but colorful and bright. One of the best of we have seen from this issuer. Ex: Eric P.
