Above the title and between \"10 CENTS\" is a diminutive, charming vignette of a printing press. \"The Register Office\" is across with obligation underneath. The denomination in Gothic type is in the left cartouche, and the proprietors' names are at the right end. Signed by Jona. C. White and Son as \"Editors & Proprietors.\" This is an exceptional note in a condition that augments the complete package. Only showing minor circulation and very boldly printed.
