Printed uniface on delicate white paper which suggests late 1860s or early 1870s. The lower right Missouri seal mimics the style of Missouri Defence Bonds. Justice and Erato are at the left end, and there is a bright red overprint at the center. Noted with \"Splits and Minor Damage,\" as is common for notes on such fragile paper. Ex: Eric P.
