This less often seen St. Louis bank issued only Third Charters and Plain Backs during its brief existence from 1908 until 1918. McCulloch appears on the face, and the Union and Civilization vignette is on the back. Bold ink colors and dark printed signatures enhance this bright and crisp. The wide, bold flourish on the bank president's signature is distinctive. It is a bit higher in grade than most of the known survivors from the title. Ex: Eric P.
