Proof. PCGS Choice About New 58 Apparent.  This is an interesting Rawdon, Wright & Hatch, New-York proof printed on India paper and mounted on cardstock. It is technically unlisted, but most of the description matches the appearance of the end panels and would be G12 SENC in that case. It is a very rare series, all SENC early unregistered series, and beautifully designed. At the center is Venus Rising from the Sea adapted from the art of John Barry (1772). At the left, a sea nymph peeks above the water and at the right, Neptune arrives on his sea chariot and welcomed by standing male figure. Not cancelled in any manner and with \"Minor Stains\" noted, but these are mainly some scattered, pinpoint foxing spots. This has the classic 1830s style, with excellent layout and rarity.
