The phoenix rises from the flames at the top, left of center. The right end shows scrollwork with a \"1\" counter at the center. the New York Comptrollers Seal is at the left, and a red ONE protector is across the bottom. The White Oak Collection example realized $2,185 in 2009 and was only a shade finer in condition.
