The background is only clouds and rays of light.  The woman is wearing a dark skirt (or possibly wide leg pants), light blouse with a bow, and a vest, along with a dark beret on her blonde hair.  The man is similarly attired in dark pants and light top, but is hatless.  The caption reads;  \"The old standards that had to do with money and success are gone.
