Both end panels show circular \"1000\" counters at top and bottom. At left center is Liberty with the Stars and Stripes shield and a capped liberty pole. An eagle on a branch, with wings raised up, is at right center. Noted with \"Small Edge and Internal Tears,\" but appealing overall. Ex: Eric P.
