Most known examples were severed, and when now encountered, have been rejoined: This is a welcome exception. A large oval male portrait is between Commerce at left and Justice at right on this stately note. Flanking are \"100\" dies. End panels show elaborate, sculptural backgrounds with a rectangular female half-length portrait at the center. Noted as \"Hole Punch Cancelled,\" but the two holes at left do not affect the text or vignettes. Grading mentions: \"Minor Edge and Internal Damage; Hinge Repair near Bottom Center.\" The only other example we have offered was in 2003. Ex: Eric P.
