NY-247, Harris UNL. PCGS Very Fine 25 Apparent.   This uniface Kingston Penny note was printed by Mandeville & Wolcott, one of two imprints observed, on laid paper. The text is enclosed within a frame composed of repeated facing couples of the letter \"f,\" one right side up, the other upside down; in each corner, the letter \"X.\" Outside of this is a double-lined border, also with an \"X\" in each corner. Denominations are at each end, and the imprint is at the bottom. These notes were not signed. There is a wide margin at the top. Noted with \"Small Edge Splits and Tears; Minor Mounting Remnants on Back.\" A bright example of this rare type. Ex: Eric P.
