A beautifully engraved series by Toppan, Carpenter & Co., Cincinnati. A red protector ONE is across the bottom. Commerce is seated at top center, a quartet of cherubs is at the upper left, and a male portrait is at the bottom right. Hand signed by Seth Paine, the president of the bank. Grading notes a \"Small Internal Slit at Left\" and \"Pinholes,\" but a bright note with a bold red protector. Ex: Eric P.
