The Utah Stake, founded in 1851 by Brigham Young, administrated the smaller Wards or Parishes within it. The note is broad sized like other Provo scrip types. Lithographed on white paper McKewen & Field, Provo. This note is printed in green. A decorative border is around the perimeter and \"10\" counters are in the upper corners. The title is in white on a green unfurled scroll. The textual denomination is in a decorative cartouche in the center. Obligation is payable \"In Produce or Merchandise.\" Signed by G.W. (George W.) Bean as Clerk. Noted only with some \"Small Edge Splits\" by grading. This is a superb note boasting exceptional color and wide margins. A museum-caliber note. Ex: Eric P.
