An allegorical female, as Agriculture and Commerce, is seated in the foreground of the farm scene at top center. An oval Henry Clay portrait is at lower left, and an eagle on a branch is at the base. The initial capitalization was $50,000. The issued notes from the series used red protectors. Noted as \"Hole Punch Cancelled\" and \"Mounted on Cardstock\" as made.
