PCGS Very Good 10 Apparent.  There are many interesting and extremely rare, raised denomination genuine notes in the Newman Collection. Raised notes are hand made from a genuine bill with added elements, making all of them \"unique\" efforts. Sometimes the lower denomination \"host\" note might be the only example of that type we have encountered. This note was a convincing endeavor with added counters fitting well. The host note has three men seated at a table in a shipyard. DeWitt Clinton is at lower left, and a female portrait at lower right.
