In the main scene, two boys struggle to stop and restrain a wild horse that appears to have knocked down the worker sprawled on the ground. William Penn is portrayed in an oval frame at lower left. A blacksmith is shown leaning on the handle of his sledgehammer at lower right. A red protector THREE is at the bottom. This note was signed and issued. Noted as \"Hole Punch Cancelled\" with one small hole at the left. Rarely encountered and only a remainder note is illustrated in the Whitman Encyclopedia. Ex: Eric P.
