The mintmakrk on this O/O variety appears to be almost certainly an O over a horizontal O, as the configuration of the first punched letter seems to indicate that it was hammered into the die in a 90 degree position from normal. Only other specimen reported was the discovery piece found by Tom Miller several years ago in a Bowers & Ruddy auction. It was not described as such in that sale.
