The raising of the denomination from \"Eight\" to \"Ten\" is accomplished in pen and crudely so. It is done on the face twice and once on the back. However, the back Sterling equivalent is not touched. There are six signatures on the note, some spurious and not relevant to the issue. There were no $10 notes issued of this style; so if it is a raised note, it was done so amateurishly. Noted with \"Stains; Minor Mounting Remnants on Back; Small Edge Split at Top Center.\" This example is worthy of further study. Ex: Eric P.
