The bank ordered Rawdon, Wright, Hatch & Edson plates and the style fits the 1840s better than the bank's period of issue, 1854-1864. Therefore, the 1861 date looks odd on this example. Three allegorical females are at the top, Henry Clay at the lower left, and a tall \"3\" at the far right with a tall female.
