The layout is still similar to other notes in the series, but the size format is wider than the change notes. Printed on light brown paper in deeper brown ink. An interesting border pattern with fancy corner details is around the perimeter. The die in the center shows the textual denomination ONE DOLLAR outlined by the background. On this series, the beehive appears on the central back emblem. Obligations are worded to be in compliance with federal law and private note issues. This is the first example we have cataloged.
