At the lower right is a splay of 12 arrows representing the 12 United Colonies and the motto AUSPICIUM SALUTIS (An auspice of well-being). A boldly printed note with five signatures. This example is in above average condition for a series notorious for very rough or damaged notes. Noted with \"Minor Splits and Tears.\" This is quite pleasing and superior to most known examples.
