The vignette is Drum, Cannon & Flags, though only partly present on this example at the lower left. Unfortunately, 25% of the note is missing. In the olden days, \"Fair\" might be accurate as raw net grade. Noted by PCGS with \"Splits, Tears, and Damage; Stains; Hinge Repairs; Pieces Missing\" as their Apparent qualifiers.
