PCGS Fine 12 Apparent.  This is from a scarce series of Provo scrip and the first we have handled in many years.  The note is broad-sized, like other Provo scrip types. Lithographed on white paper without imprint, but possibly McKewen & Field, Provo who printed the Utah Stake note cataloged in Newman Part VII. This note is printed in blue. A decorative border is around the perimeter. The title is in white on blue shading. The textual TEN CENTS denomination is outlined in a decorative cartouche in the center. One small counter \"10 cts\" is at the right. The obligation is payable \"In Produce at Retail.\" One signature is at the bottom. Noted only with some \"Small Splits,\" but faces up quite well.
