PCGS Very Fine 20 Apparent.  This small treasury warrant is part of a rare Civil War municipal series printed by A. McClean Lith. St. Louis using a common layout for all denominations. A central \"10\" die is under the arced title. The green undertint coin vignettes of a Seated Liberty dime reverse and 1860-dated dime obverse flank a large \"10\" tint in the center (the same vignette protector used on C. Rivers, St. Louis notes). The denomination is across the bottom. Not numbered, but this is boldly signed by the mayor. Noted with \"Tape on Back,\" but it faces up fairly well. A similar example was sold in the Lawrence R. Stack coin-vignetted note collection auction in 2008 (ex: Lyn Knight sale). A rare note. Ex: Eric P.
