On this layout, the first half of the title is center right above the Auditor's seal, and the second half is centered straight across the bottom with text and denomination below. At top left, above a \"5\" die, are three allegorical women representing Home Industry, Agriculture, and Navigation (the vignette later adapted by the Confederate States for the 1861 $20 T17 notes). Beneath the 5/FIVE die at upper right, America, as seen on other layouts in this section, sits with her shield. Plate A. Noted as \"Hole Punch Cancelled\" and \"Mounted on Card Stock\" as made. The only example of the type on an archive book card and the finest we know of. A deeply inked, bold impression that captivates the eye.
