PCGS Fine 15 Apparent.  This is from a slightly earlier series printed on blue-ruled paper and in a larger format. A train travels east across the top center, and a standing allegorical female occupies the left end. These were payable in \"Virginia Bank Notes.\" The Rarity 7F (2-4 known) rating in this case is accurate. We know of only the Virginia plate note, and this Newman Collection example as confirmed. Noted with \"Splits; Tears; and Repairs.\" Bright from the face and the note is complete; two period backing strips keep this together well. Ex: Eric P.
