On this denomination, the sundial emblem and mottoes are on the left. This is the lone Superb Gem New 67PPQ-graded $1/3 and the top population example of its type at PCGS. It deserves only accolades for deep printing, wide margins, perfect face-to-back registration, and a sharply penned red signature. Plate B. No. 387041. Signed by B. Brannan in red.
