He came to America in 1930. Served in the Engineer Corps during WW II. Received B.F.A. from Carnegie Institute of Technology in 1946; M.A. from University of Pittsburgh in 1948. Married Lucille Kleber in 1945. They have two children.<p></p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 11pt\"></p><p>                </p>Employed with Pittsburgh Public Schools 1948 to 1952.
