At top center, a reclining allegorical female holds a large \"1\" counter. At the left end, in classical garb, a maiden strews flowers as she is carried on the shoulders of two young men. \"Hole Punch Cancelled\" as made. Grading notes a \"Small Edge Tear in UR Corner,\" which hardly detracts from this lovely example. Most notes from the bank are counterfeit, and this is a significant, genuine proof. In Newman Part VII, October 2015, we sold the $3 Proof from this series for $1,645 in PCGS Extremely Fine 45. This compliments that example well. Ex: Eric P.
