Colonial American Fiscal Paper - Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Act of March 1, 1786 Uncut Remainder Sheet of Two Treasury Loan Certificates Anderson-Smythe PA-13. A rare two-subject uncut sheet of Pennsylvania Treasury loan forms. The act paid 6% Interest. Printed on delicate, special watermarked paper by Francis Bailey, with F. Bailey Printer concealed in the ornaments between the stub and main loan forms, and the full imprint of Fran. Bailey, Printer below. 30.0 cm by 20.0 cm. The left end has the indented design, and fancy borders are on the other three sides. The Commonwealth emblem is at upper left, and obligations are across. On brittle paper, sheared vertically between the stub portion and main body of the loan pair. With some edge tears and other faults. Fair overall, but listed as low Rarity-6.
