GA-76a. PCGS Extremely Fine 40 Apparent.  After the Sterling issue, there were several series of color seal notes from Georgia. The 1776 Light Blue Seal issue certificates are in a larger format than the series that follow them. Border variety (a). The Millstone on Palm Tree seal is very well detailed and the color is excellent. There are five signatures. The note is broadly margined on three sides and the indented left side is cut into only partially as issued. Noted with some \"Edge Splits,\" with these mainly confined to the wide edges.
