VA-175. PCGS Very Choice New 64PPQ.  The Virginia Guaranteed by the United States notes are scarcer. They are fully signed and countersigned on the back by Fleming. This is a gorgeous type note with exceptionally broad margins on the face. The back orange color step pyramid vignette is vibrant. Although a little close on two margins, this is compensated for by original embossing that reaches through the note. A premium example meriting the assigned PCGS 64PPQ grade.
