The baseline of the second to is higher than the baseline of the adjacent words. In the motto, the A in CONFEDERATION is small.   On the back: In the date 1778, the top of the 1 is higher than the tops of 77.  Noted with \"Small Edge Splits and Tears.\" Well worn, though very collectible. Ex: Eric P.
