His left hand is up by his head, which seems to be in the process of having water thrown on it.  The young boy is standing behind the chair, with his right hand on his head and a look of dismay on his face.  He's wearing leather shoes, with knee high socks, short pants, a dark blazer/jacket, and his blonde is worn in the longish curls popular in the 1900s.
