GA-71a. PCGS Very Fine 35PPQ.  A beautiful series of color seal notes and a choice $1 Justice type. This is border (a) of the two styles used. Very boldly printed with sharp black and red texts. The color seal is sharply defined, well embossed to the blank back, and vibrant. The margins are virtually complete, and the majority should be classified as broad. A lovely example on all accounts.
