An interesting Montgomery County bank which elected to issue only $5s, $50s and $100s after the First Charter period. While the census shows about ten large notes known, only one is graded as high as Extremely Fine. This note, and the example which accompanies it from the Newman Collection, is head and shoulders above any previously reported. PCGS has graded this pen signed example, but whatever the grade-limiting factor was that precluded an Uncirculated rating, it cannot be seen through the holder.   Ex: Eric P.
