NC-74. PCGS Good 6 Apparent. Another early and extremely rare note. A charming, highly detailed snail emblem is at the lower left, foreshadowing the folk art observed on the April 2, 1776, Halifax series. This is the first graded at PCGS and was not present in the accumulation of North Carolina colonials dispersed years ago. Noted as \"Severed and Sewn Together; Backed.\" Low grade, but the rarity and strongly printed snail emblem make this very collectible. Ex: Eric P.
