Prominent TWENTY-FIVE CENTS across with payable obligation below in smaller type, the note redeemable for (Arkansas) \"War Bonds, State or Confederate Notes.\" Noted with \"Minor Edge Damage,\" which overstates some very natural voids on a frail paper type.
