There are four people - a man, a woman, and two young boys.  This appears to be set in a living room, where there's been an accident.  There's an upholstered chair in a striped pattern to the right, in the background, and in front of it, spreading to the left in the background, is an overturned set of shelves, a knocked over lamp, a vase, and lots of shards of broken china/pottery.   The man is to the left, in front of the shelves, looking very angry, hands in fists, and his right foot raised to kick one of the boys.  He's wearing a 1920s era suit with spats, grey pants, dark coat and tie.  His hair is slicked back. He's got a stocky build, which is reflected in his face, with heavy eyebrows, hooked nose, and a double chin - you can almost see how red his face must be.  The two boys are cowering on the floor, one covering the other, with his back to the man.  They both appear to be wearing leather shoes, knickers and hose, with jackets, and their dark hair in modified bowl cuts.  The woman is standing behind the boys, a horrified expression on her face, with her hands up, trying to stop the man.  She is an older woman, with grey hair, and a lightly wrinkled face.  She's wearing a light skirt, patterned top, and a black jacket, with a long multi-strand necklace.  The caption reads;  Mr. Stoker aimed a powerful kick at Master Seabury, whose attitude at the moment was well adapted for the receipt of such an attack.  No image found in any Flagg sites, but the caption is from the P. G.
