Beneath the title, a wide vignette shows a sidewheel steamer gliding along; the stamped blue \"O\" is very faint at the right edge of the vignette. Clay is at lower left, and Washington is at lower right. Noted as \"Backed\" by PCGS; the blue paper has a contemporary appearance to it. Ex: Eric P.
