At left, Hebe holds a capped liberty pole as she floats in the clouds; a glory is behind. She provides a drink to the eagle perched on a cornucopia that is spilling coins. At lower right, an oval portrait shows a well-dressed woman wearing jewelry and holding flowers. The base vignette shows a reclining allegorical female.
