A simple double-ruled border is all around. At the upper left corner is a diminutive train car. Signatures, Walton and Jackson, are boldly accomplished on their respective \"dotted lines,\" and the penned red serial number is vibrant. Grading notes \"Small Holes at Right\" that are not readily noticed and should not be a factor to the specialist. Wide margined, bright and a new note to the Mississippi Obsolete currency canon.
