Fully signed, issued and with full endorsements on the yellow back; and it is a low serial number 14 note. Engraved plates by Jno. V. Childs, N. Orleans for the series on both sides, and in a larger format than a normal banknote. Mercury is on the shore gazing at a ship at top center, over the titles and obligation. Hebe and an eagle are at the left end and a Native American warrior strides forth at the right end. The golden-yellow back is composed of dies, and a lengthy endorsement is upon it.
