PCGS Fine 12 Apparent.  An extraordinary Texas County note, printed on the back of a piece of a partially colored Texas map. The map portion shows the Red River meandering from the lower left to the top center. The title is across the top with obligations underneath, and opulent panels are at each end. A red protector ONE is across. Noted with \"Edge Tears and Damage; Pieces Missing; Tape Repairs.\" The note is a great rarity and the first we have cataloged: including the Bill Bond Collection. The condition probably nets to \"Fair,\" but the map back adds to the intrigue of this note for specialists and collectors of the unusual. Ex: Eric P.
