Beneath the arced title at top center, Fame blows her trumpet as she floats in the clouds with an eagle and globe. America as a Native American princess is at the lower left. An allegorical figure representing the arts is at lower right. Identical \"5\" counters are in the upper corners. A large red FIVE protector is at the bottom. Noted as: \"Hole Punch Cancelled\" and \"Severed and Backed; Small Rust Stain at UL.\"  There is a cryptic notation on the back of the contemporary backing. Ex: Eric P.
