The man is standing in front of her, reaching out with his right hand to touch her nose.  He's wearing a medium colored suit with a striped tie, and has a fedora on his head.  He's holding something in his left hand, which looks like a handkerchief.  His head is tilted back and his glasses are at the end of his nose, as if he needs extra help seeing the woman's nose.
