One of the more spectacular doubled dies, this variety is almost always found wtih a rather \"blurred\" appearance, the result of having been struck by badly rusted dies. The doubling is most easily seen on the right side of the obverse, in the words \"OF AMERICA.\" There are two different reverse dies known this common obverse. Scarce in lower grades and rare in grades above Extra Fine.
