Occasionally, notes were printed on single-subject plates, which was more costly than having multiple denominations on one plate. This is an interesting note, listed as Haxby NY-2775 S10, making it the finest-produced spurious note ever. With vermillion devices. Vignettes show a horse frightened at left, the young Prince of Wales dressed as a sailor to the right, and a child with rabbits at lower right. On the top margin is a lightly typed notation of its capture by \"2nd Division Cavalry...etc.\" Added later and difficult to verify. Apparent Fine, but impaired.
